Client Reviews
- Michelle has improved my quality of life
I've been working with Michelle for two hours a week for three years and I don't think I could function without her. I play competitive tennis and other sports and Michelle trained me so I can play at high level every week of the year and she's increased my strength, flexibility, endurance, and most importantly... my overall well-being. Because of her sports medicine background, Michelle is also able to fix any injury in short order.
- One of the best trainers I’ve worked with
