    Justin Walker is a NASM CES, kickboxing, KBA and Pre&Post natal certified personal trainer. His personal training style consists of body weight training, resistance training, boxing, Kickboxing, and Kettle bell training. His enthusiasm, passion and inspiration to be fitness coach stems from his near 20-year dedication to sports and various forms of martial arts including wrestling, boxing and Kung-Fu. As a youth instructor and assistant trainer at the martial way center of NYC he has realized his passion for teaching and helping others. His overall desire to grow and help others to grow in their fitness journey leads him to build dynamic, adaptable training programs for his of clients.
