Tips to being able to effectively achieve your goals for this New Year:
· Make goals that are Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Timely.
· Remember to it takes time to create new habits, so patience is key.
· Keep a peaceful and loving dialog within yourself and think of the end goal.
· Set goals for the year, then set smaller goals to help you achieve you bigger goal. You can set a monthly goal, weekly, and daily goal.
