Founded by Alberto Perez, the first Zumba class made its debut around the mid 1990s, and has since been spreading like wildfire. About 110 countries worldwide now have centers that offer Zumba classes, and New York City alone has over 1,000 Zumba fitness centers. It seems like one of these cardio-dance classes springs up every day.
The program is basically based on party type dancing that lets one burn tons of calories whilst having fun. The dance moves involves salsa, the mambas and cha-chas, which doesnt feel like exercising at all.

So which one of these exercises is better? Both Zumba and the beach body exercises deliver great results, so it’s a matter of preference and choice.
