I am also a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, yoga instructor, a Pilates teacher, a blackbelt in Taekwondo, a former dance instructor, and trained with my college boxing club.
I'm also an enthusiastic hiker/trekker and indoor climber/boulderer and am the Local Ambassador for the Ladies Climbing Coalition in Manhattan.
