Excuses to not exercise.. Boy, Ive heard them all.. I know youre busy, so Ill get straight to the point!
These days, whatever your profession, your schedule is busier than ever. Between work, family and professional engagements, business travel, etc. its hard to find time for yourself. And all that exercise takes too much time. But the personal response-ability is not about time management. The underlying problem is self-management. the biggest decision, and it is a decision, is to decide to take control of our lives and ultimately our health.
I know, youve been thinking of hiring a top-notch trainer fitness and lifestyle coach.. NEXT WEEK.. Yeah, NEXT WEEK.. Thats when youll do it. And what happens? NEXT WEEK never comes…and as a result your health & fitness goals remain health & fitness fantasies.. All thanks to procrastination.
Staggering Statistics

- In the United States ONLY 8% of men and 3% of women exercise regularly.
- Approximately one-third of the adult population is estimated to be obese!
- Back pain affects 80% of Americans at some point in their lives.
- One out of every three seniors over the age of 65 falls each year. And that those who fall are two to three time more likely to fall again.
- From about the of 45, the average person loses muscle mass at the rate of approximately 1 percent per year, rising to 2 percent from the age of 50!
Did you also know that most, if not all of these conditions are avoidable if you adhere to an exercise program that incorporates: flexibility, mobility, stability, muscle strengthening and cardiovascular exercise.
